Our bodies are temples and a true gift from God so it's critical that we take good care of them daily. This requires some basic effort including eating a healthy diet, exercising, drinking plenty of water, and getting an ample amount of sleep. We're not always perfect at these things and you don't have to go to an extreme, but if you do the basics you will have a more comfortable life. We also know that genetics plays a role in the bodies we have but we do work hard to maintain and sustain a fit body. We encourage you to do the same. Whatever you decide to do with your bodies, that is your choice and we also believe everyone is beautiful so don't stress or be too hard on yourself--nothing and no one will ever be perfect but we are all special and unique just the way we are.
