This is a tough but important subject. No one wants to talk about their mental health and everyone wants to pretend like everything is ok. Reality is we all suffer from something and Brian and I are no exception. There have been times when we have dealt with depression, anxiety, and great doubt. We have let fear come and take over our every minute and sometimes paralize us to the point where we do not want to leave the bed. We get it and have found the keys to checking it in and getting ok is to first give it up to God, and next get professional help. The devil lives in the dark and even though our first response is to hide and seclude ourselves from mental challenges, we must break through that and get the help we need. Sometimes that is a good talk with a friend or a counselor and sometimes we need medicine. Whatever you do, do not let it keep you in a funk and negative state and overpower you to rob you from the amazing life you are destined to have.
